PLEASE NOTE:   We are currently enrolling Kindergarten - 8th Grade for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  If you would like to transfer a student for Spring of 2025, we may still be able to accommodate.   

1. COMPLETED APPLICATION 

In addition to completing the application, the following must accompany the application for final submission:

• Application fee of $125.00 upon Family Interview
• Signed Handbook (copy of signature page only). The handbook can be downloaded here. 
• Copy of birth certificate of student/s

Applicants may submit the Handbook signature page and Birth Certificate upon the Family Interview.

2. PARENT/GUARDIAN INTERVIEW 

An interview appointment will be setup with the parent(s)/guardian(s) and child, and a school administrator. This interview is a time to answer questions you might have, determine the school’s ability to meet the needs of your student, assess philosophical compatibility, and perform informal testing of the student to ensure students have the ability to perform necessary tasks for the independent study portion of RCS.

3. ACCEPTANCE 

Acceptance (or non-acceptance) will be communicated to all families in writing.   

4. PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES 

Tuition may be paid in full to the school or automatic payments may be set up through our tuition payment service once the family interview is completed. 

Tuition

Tuition for the full year is $7,700 - this includes all books and programs (excluding field trips).  

Remnant Christian Schools is accreditation from the National Association of Private Schools and is eligible to receive funds from the Oklahoma Parent Choice Tax Credit.  

With the application of these funds, tuition for most students should be between $50 - $200 per month.  

If Tax Credit funds are not available, RCS aims to find scholarships to assist so that the tuition is no more than $350/month per child out of pocket.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Applications are being evaluated year round currently.  If an applicant is qualified to attend RCS but there are no spaces available in his or her grade, the applicant’s name will be placed in a wait pool. Wait pools are not prioritized lists. RCS gives priority to qualified siblings of current RCS students.  

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement which, when signed, will permanently limit your ability, your spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns to hold RCS or any host facility liable for injuries or losses you may cause or sustain as a result of participation in classes or activities. Remnant Christian Schools, also known as RCS, will NOT be held liable for personal injury, damage to property, or expenses of any nature that may be incurred by any participant or member of any RCS sponsored activity, class, or event. Neither shall any host of said activity, class, or event be held liable. Curriculum advice or educational counsel is also given and must be received as a free, non-professional, personal opinion only and parents/legal guardians will retain all responsibility for any and all legal and educational choices they make for their children. All parents/legal guardians will assume all risk of personal injury, sickness, damage, and expense of any kind caused by their children or self at all RCS functions. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, on behalf of myself, my spouse, heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, I agree to forever RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS and COVENANT NOT TO SUE RCS or any host facility from any cause of action, claim, or demand, including one related to bodily injury, property damage, death, or accident arising out of or related to my or my family’s participation in the activity. 

This Agreement shall be constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and I consent to the jurisdiction of this state. I expressly agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability is intended to RCS be as broad and inclusive as permitted and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
